Algoé is a private management consulting firm established in 1959 in France, with 200 employees including 170 consultants. Algoé advises private and public clients on public policy definition and evaluation, business case studies, project and innovation management.
Algoé has a strong expertise in the field of transport projects, both at national and European level, and has been collaborating for more than 10 years with the European Commission and national partners in the frame of European projects.
Role In The Project
Algoé assumes the role of Administrative Manager, including the role of Risk and Quality Manager, in order to supervise the quality process of the project. Algoé assists the coordinator for all the managerial, administrative and financial aspects.
Algoé is also involved in dissemination activities.

Algoé is responsible for the general project management task thus elaborating and updating the project management plan. Algoé also handles the project quality plan and coordinates the preparation and execution of project meetings.
Algoé contributes to the setting up of the OPTICITIES Stakeholder Forum and the organisation of tutorial sessions.
